Why do I get "Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support" when trying to login?

This error message is displayed when trying to login to cPanel/WHM from Client Area (Billing/Support). As a reseller, your cPanel account is owned by you and is not integrated for single-sign-on via client area. The feature to login to cPanel is available for cPanel only accounts. You'll need to login to cPanel and WHM directly using your account username/password.
