Is your hosting service PCI compliant?

We are PCI compliant. However you will need to be PCI compliant yourself to be able to accept credit cards on your website. Many clients prefer to use 3rd party services to accept payments e.g. PayPal.

If you need to be PCI compliant, you will have to order a VPS or Dedicated Server that is isolated from other clients. PCI compliance requires certain services which are available on shared/reseller cPanel hosting to be completely shutdown. Since shared/reseller servers are shared by many clients and many of these clients expect these services to be available (e.g. FTP, pop3), it is not possible to turn them off on these servers. However if you order a VPS or Dedicated Server, the whole server environment is dedicated to you and we can make it PCI compliance without any extra cost.
