Why do I get this: Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_register()?

According to PHP manual, the PHP function session_register() was deprecated in PHP version 5.3.x and was removed in 5.4.x. If your server is on PHP version 5.4.x, you will need to update the custom code or web application to newer version with PHP 5.4.x+ support.
