Can I access all my cPanel accounts using a master password?

As a webhosting reseller, when you create new cPanel accounts and hand them over to your clients, they can change and should change the password for security. If they do not share the new password with you, and you need to login to that cPanel account that is hosted under your reseller account, you can login using your main reseller password with the username of that cPanel. Your master password allows access to all your cPanel accounts.

So in short, using any cPanel username created by you with your reseller account password gives you access to all your cPanel accounts.
