If you have full root access to DirectAdmin server then we can transfer one or multiple accounts from the server to cPanel server here without any cost. However if you are with another hosting provider and has user level account only, then unfortunately the website/email/database transfer can only be done manually. This means that migration from DirectAdmin to cPanel is not supported for single account holders. You will have to setup everything from scratch on new cPanel server and migrate the data from DirectAdmin to cPanel. This will require web development and system admin effort to get everything moved over.
