Do you provide support for my end clients hosted through reseller account?

We provide white label (private) reseller hosting experience. We will not contact your clients directly. You can forward their support issue or query to us and we'll provide you the resolution/answer and you can forward it to your client. We are so proud of our 17 years of hosting experience that you will enjoy this interaction a lot. We will not need a lot of back and forth email/support ticket interaction. Most of the issues we handle are resolved in one or two replies! This will make it very easy for you to provide transparent support to your clients as if you are the one resolving their issues.
