If you are looking to send spam, the anwer is a big no. We do not provide any hosting services to spammers including opt-out or purchased mailing lists to send unsolicited emails.
However if you are a genuine marketing business with proper opt-in mailing list, you can use any of our services. If you have a very large mailing list (over 100,000 subscribers), we recommend you go with a dedicated server plan so that all disk I/O and CPU is available for sending emails quickly. We do have customers who use Virtual Private Servers to send newsletters to 50,000 or more subscribers regularly.
